What are the different grades of hexagonal nuts you supply?

We supply hexagonal nuts in a range of strength grades (e.g., Grade 4, 5, 8, 10, and 12) to match corresponding bolt grades. Higher-grade nuts are made from stronger materials and heat-treated to withstand higher preloads without stripping or failing. This ensures the integrity of critical connections.
We use precision thread rolling or cutting machines to form the threads in our hexagonal nuts. This cold-forming process creates strong, smooth threads with excellent dimensional accuracy. Our quality control includes go/no-go gauge checks to ensure every nut threads onto its corresponding bolt smoothly and securely.
A semi-finished hex nut has a smaller width across flats and is not chamfered as heavily. A finished hex nut has larger, chamfered flats for better wrench grip and a more finished appearance. Handan Yuhuan produces both types to meet different industry standards and application needs.
